SiWC Scholarships for Writers From Underrepresented Groups

The Surrey International Writers' Conference community is diverse and inclusive. In hopes of offering opportunities to those who couldn't otherwise attend, we are offering three categories of scholarships to reflect and support our ongoing commitment to this inclusivity: for Indigenous writers, Black writers and for anyone who identifies as being from any underrepresented group.

There is one full conference package and one virtual registration available for each category. Deadline is September 15 of the current conference year at 22:00 Pacific.

Think you might qualify? Check details below.

Please don't self-reject. If you qualify, please enter! If you win, you can choose whether to keep that information private or have it announced.

It is our goal to be able to offer these scholarships every year. Your contributions make this possible. If you would like to contribute to the scholarship funds, please click here.

Thank you!
