#SiWC22 Writing Contest Shortlist is Complete!

I’ve just finished sending emails to the nine entries on this year’s writing contest shortlist, letting them know they are in the final running for the 2022 Jack Whyte Storyteller’s Award. SO exciting! We had nearly 200 entries from ELEVEN countries this year, including eight provinces and twenty-one states — the most wide-ranging international selection we’ve ever had to draw from.

Congratulations to each and every writer who had the courage [and good sense!] to enter, and the best of luck to those on the short list. We keep the shortlisted entries anonymous, to help maintain the blind judging status, but watch here after the announcement on October 21, and all will be revealed.
